听力部分

1学生写论文，需要查一篇文章。但是打不开。原因是为学校提供database维护的公司现在不做了，一部分data找不到了。学生的文章就找不到了。建议学生去图书馆或者interlibrary system去找其他的代替资源。

2学生去找工作人员，正好工作人员问她是不是丢了ID卡，她表示吃完饭后很着急，所以弄丢了，并询问工作人员自己有朋友要打算来学校里住一周，是否可以使用操场和游泳池等设备。　工作人员表明最多只能住两晚，时间长的话需要申请，并且舍友何宿管同意签字。一般不允许使用游泳池，但是女生提到是校友，工作人员表示办校友卡可以使用一些相关设备。

3天文学系一位男生去图书馆预定T恤，为的是参加科学集会。这个T恤的灵感来自于物理学系的同学。这位天文学系男生自己很有想法。他设计的T恤正面是八大行星的照片，下面写上它们的名字。然后，图书管理员阿姨问，为什么没有冥王星(Pluto)，学生说，Pluto已经不是Major planet，而是Minor planet。学生说T恤的背面设计也很简单，先在上面写一句话：all are welcome in the astronomy department，而且必须小写(major)，然后来一张Pluto的图。(旧题)

4鸟类迁徙。第一个理论：sun navigation. 鸟儿根据太阳来辨别方向;第二个理论:magnet 地球磁场;第三个理论：scent-map 气味地图。鸟儿能识别目的地的气味，还有路上的地标的气味，以此来辨别方向。教授评价：前两个理论的缺陷是不能说明鸟儿怎么知道具体的current position;第三个理论有实验和证据证明，但是科学家还有些doubt未解决。

5 Melodrama中使用了spectacle, 更真实地模拟现实，更重要地是吸引观众多回来看戏剧。服装方面也不像以前的戏剧那样穿演出时代的服装，而是穿戏剧中所表演的那个时代的服装。Box set的使用也增加了戏剧演出的真实性。社会发展和学科发展促进现实主义戏剧的发展，科学家和剧作家都要进行仔细观察。
